PHI, by name Partner for trade and industry
has been supplying reliable, high-quality accessories for the window and door industry for 30 years.
Founded in 1990 by the Reichel/Scheiderer families, the next generation, Lisa Kraft-Scheiderer, has been integrated into the management team since February 2018. Our professionalism and the inventive spirit of our team have been awarded - with awards such as the "plus X award and pro-K award", the ISO 9001 certificate, quality seals from the RAL quality association and the ift Rosenheim and even more important: the long-standing partnership and loyalty of

History
1990
Founding of "PHI-Partner for trade and industry" as an accessory dealer in the window industry. We work in the basement and store in the garage.
1991
As the number of employees grew, so did the need for company space. PHI moves into a total of 500 m² of business premises.
1992
The development easily kept up with the new company location. PHI registers the first patents, among others for the PHI welded corner connector, glazing blocks and the labyrinth ventilation system.
1995
The production of welded corner connectors was transferred from the Czech Republic to Germany. In a rented hall in Markt Erlbach, PHI produced its first products "Made in Germany" with 4 injection molding machines.
2000
There is a shortage of space! The managing directors decide to unite all departments from development to production in one building.
A modern industrial complex is being built on 10,000 m² along the value chain - a milestone for the future of PHI.

2008
The future comes into focus. PHI is committed to education, the promotion of schools and business, and the integration of people with a migration background - a commitment that is now one of our core values: The PHI family takes responsibility.

PHI is the hidden champion for the development and manufacture of tools and product solutions made of technical plastic. An additional 3,000 m² of land create spatial perspectives, while Lisa Kraft-Scheiderer, the new member of the management board, is the third generation of the family to look towards the future.

Thanks to our worldwide network of partners from the industry, our clocks never stand still. As a network partner in associations such as ProK, GKV, RAL-Güterverband and many more, we are constantly in exchange to further develop our products and adapt them to the market.
For decades we have made it our task to work in an environmentally friendly and resource-saving manner - without making any compromises in the quality of the products.

Our products consist largely of secondary raw materials. With our in-house granulate mill, we are able to reuse material up to eight times, thus reducing waste to a minimum.
