As the loading and unloading is done electrically, productivity has already been increased as it only takes a few seconds to remove the laser cut parts and load new material.

Thanks to the latest laser technology for tubes and square tubes, new design possibilities are a given. Therefore, this production technology is suitable for many industries, from metal and plant construction up to the furniture industry. Tube laser cutting is a simple means to cut metal profiles precisely without the need for drilling or sawing. The use of our tube laser cutter fully automates this process, with complete accuracy as from a minimum batch of 1 piece.

We cut metal pipes with a state-of-the-art laser cutter. The machine cuts tubes and profiles with a minimum diameter of 12 mm and a maximum length of up to 4.500 mm in one piece. It processes everything from flat steel to U-, C-,
T- and L-profiles as well as round, square or rectangular tubes. It can process almost any shape up to a width of 152 mm.

Steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminium alloys as well as all other conductive metals can be ticketed and machined.

Laser cutting square tubes

In addition to open and flat profiles, we also machine round, rectangular and square tubes, such as a steel tube. Cutting of a square tube is possible as from 12 x 12 mm.
